Your private conversations with MOOD stay completely private. They’re stored only on your device, and no one – not your manager, not HR, not even the team at MOOD.ai – can see what you write.
2. We only show insights when it’s truly anonymous
We never display group insights unless at least five people share the same team or location. This threshold helps prevent any individual from being identified.
3. We collect the minimum needed to help you
We only collect what’s essential: mood check-ins, time of check-in, team info, and your device type. We never collect your name, email, or anything that could identify you personally.
4. We store data on your device – not in the cloud
Your private chats and reflections never leave your phone or computer. This local storage model ensures even we can’t access what you write.

Our workplace insights are about group trends, not individuals. Admins may view anonymised group data – but your identity is never part of the picture.
